Did You Know You Can Book a Social Media Audit at Native Space?

You’re posting. People are watching. Nobody’s booking.

If that sentence struck a chord, you’re in good company. Most of the businesses that come for a social media audit aren’t struggling because they’ve stopped showing up. They’re posting consistently. The follower count is respectable. Stories get views. But the enquiries, the bookings, the actual paying customers – that part isn’t moving.

That gap between visibility and results almost always comes down to a handful of specific, fixable things. They’re findable. You just need someone to look properly.

That’s what a social media audit is for.

What a Social Media Audit Actually Is

It’s a 1:1 session – in person here at Native or online, whichever suits you – where we go through your platforms and give you an honest, platform-specific analysis of what’s working, what isn’t, and where the opportunities are.

Not a generic checklist. Not a PDF of best practices you could have Googled. A focused review of your accounts, looking specifically at the content you’re putting out and how your audience is actually responding to it.

You come away with a clear picture of your strengths, your weaknesses, and a practical list of things to change.

What Your Audit Covers

Every audit works through six areas:

Visual consistency – Your branding, graphics and overall feel. Does someone landing on your grid immediately understand who you are and what you do? Or does it look like three different businesses sharing an account?

Content performance and insights – What’s genuinely resonating and what’s quietly flopping. Most people are surprised here. The posts you agonise over often aren’t the ones doing the work.

Captions, tone of voice and calls to action – You can have the best photo in the world, but if the caption doesn’t sound like you and never actually asks anyone to do anything, it’s decoration.

Posting frequency – How often you’re showing up, and whether that rhythm is realistic for you to sustain. More isn’t always better. Consistent almost always is.

Audience engagement and interactions – How your audience is behaving, and how you’re responding to them. Engagement is a two-way thing, and this is often where the biggest quick wins hide.

Opportunities to improve reach and growth – The specific, actionable stuff. Where you’re leaving reach on the table and what to do about it.

Who This Is For

The audit suits people who are already doing the work and want to know why it isn’t landing. If you’re posting regularly but the results feel flat, or you’ve never had anyone objective look at your accounts, this will tell you things you can act on straight away.

It’s equally useful if you’re just getting started, or about to invest more time and money into socials. We recently had a new business join Native Space looking for a refresh of their socials – within an hour they had a clear direction to work from, rather than eighteen months of trial and error.

What Happens Afterwards

Plenty of members book content creation with us after their audit, using their monthly Native Space + credits. Once the steps are in order to change, the next part is acting on it.

If you’re not a Native member, we always recommend Luma Socials – a social media marketing agency with a community membership right here at Native. They know the space, they know the community, and they’re very good at what they do.
