In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:
• CAP Code: The UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing.
• Competition: The giveaway being run by the Promoter.
• Entry: A submission made by a Participant in accordance with the rules of the Competition.
• Entry Period: The period during which entries to the Competition will be accepted, as specified below.
• Force Majeure Events: Any event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs, utility failures, acts of God, war, or government regulations.
• Participant: Any person who enters or attempts to enter the Competition.
• Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable person as defined under the UK GDPR.
• Promoter: Native Space Properties Ltd.
• Prize: The reward(s) to be given to the Winner(s).
• Terms and Conditions: The rules and regulations governing the Competition as set out in this document.
• Winner: The Participant(s) selected to receive the Prize.
Any reference in these Terms and Conditions to a statute or a provision of a statute shall be construed as a reference to that statute or provision as amended, re-enacted or extended at the relevant time. The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
Promoter will hold a competition for the purpose of promoting awareness of Native Space and Karen Ryska’s services, as well as to foster community engagement.
• The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
• UK entrants only. Entrants must have access to the Native Space studio in Peterborough, UK, to redeem the prize. The winner is responsible for arranging their own transportation to the studio.
• Employees or affiliates of Native Space and Karen Ryska are not eligible to enter.
• Participants must follow both @_nativespace_ and @karenryska on Instagram.
• Participants must like the competition post.
• Participants must tag at least one other account in the comments (each tag counts as an additional entry).
• Optional: Participants may share the competition post to their Instagram story and tag @_nativespace_ and @karenryska for an extra entry.
• The competition will run from Monday, 16th December 2024, at 6:00 PM to Sunday 21st December 2024.
• Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
• The winner will receive a 2-hour business content creation photoshoot with Karen Ryska Photography at the Native Space Studio.
• The prize includes the use of the Native Space Studio and services provided by Karen Ryska.
• The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• The winner will arrange the photoshoot directly with Karen Ryska Photography, subject to the availability of the studio and photographer.
• The winner will be selected at random and announced via the promoter’s Instagram account @_nativespace_ on Monday 23rd December at 5:00pm.
• The winner will be contacted by the promoter via direct message (DM) from@_nativespace_. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Native Space and Karen Ryska reserve the right to amend these terms or cancel the giveaway at any time.
• Native Space and Karen Ryska are not responsible for any technical issues or entries that are lost, delayed, or otherwise not received.
• Any personal data provided during the giveaway will be processed in accordance with GDPR and only used to administer the giveaway.
